基本情况
张欣，工学硕士，助理工程师，就职于水利部国际经济技术合作交流中心国际河流处，现借调于水利部国际合作与科技司国际河流处。自2015年8月毕业以来，从事国际河流研究与管理工作。主要参与完成美国水外交研究、西藏雅鲁藏布江开发利用对策及中亚跨界河流分水案例等研究报告，目前主要负责中印跨境河流的相关管理工作。

Zhang Xin

Bio：
Zhang Xin has worked on transboundary water research and management in the division of international rivers of IETCEC since her graduation in August 2015. Zhang Xin works as a secondment in the department of International Cooperation, Science and Technology of MWR now. She is involved in the completion of some research reports on American water diplomacy, counter-measures to deal with the development of the Yarlung Zangbo river in Tibet, and water distribution cases of Central Asian transboundary rivers.
