基本情况
莫斯科大学法学博士，武汉大学中国边界与海洋研究院、国家领土主权与海洋权益协同创新中心教授、博士生导师，期刊《边界与海洋研究》副主编。曾在武汉大学外语学院、法学院，乌克兰利沃夫大学语文系，俄罗斯莫斯科大学法律系学习。曾在国家教育委员会、中国驻俄罗斯大使馆工作过。主持承担国家社会科学基金、教育部人文社会科学研究基金、教育部留学回国人员科研启动基金等项目。经常应邀赴国外参加国际学术会议、讲学。兼任俄罗斯国际法学会会员、《武大国际法评论》编辑。外语：俄语、乌克兰语、英语。

Studied at School of Foreign Languages & Literature, Law School of Wuhan University (P. R. China), Faculty of Language and Literature of Ivan Franko National University of Lviv (Ukraine), Faculty of Law of Lomonosov Moscow State University (Russia).
Worked in the State Education Commission, the Chinese Embassy in Russia.
Now engages in teaching and research at Wuhan University China Institute of Boundary and Ocean Studies, Collaborative Innovation Center for Territorial Sovereignty and Maritime Rights.
Research Area: International Law; Law of the Sea; International Commercial Arbitration； Polar Research; Russian, East European & Central Asian Studies.
