基本情况
李方,女,1955年1月生于湖北省武汉市。曾于武汉大学历史系、首都师范大学历史系学习,获历史学博士学位、博士学历。1982年1月至2001年4月在国家文物局古文献研究室(现名中国文化遗产研究院)工作,之后为中国社会科学院中国边疆研究所研究员、博士生导师。历任研究一部主任、新疆研究室主任、“中国边疆基层典型百村调查丛书”常务副主编、首都师范大学历史系兼职教授、石河子大学石河子大学绿州社会研究基地学术委员。主要从事中国边疆历史、敦煌吐鲁番学、新疆现状研究工作。主持承担多项国家社科基金项目课题、中央交办课题、中国社会科学院重点课题、中国边疆研究所重点课题。出版著作7部,发表论文、译文近百篇,调研报告十数篇,常务主编调查报告近百本、《新疆调研》刊物百余期。其中多项成果获省部级以上奖。2008年获政府特殊津贴。

Bio:Li fang,female and the Han ethnic group, born in January 1955, is a native of Wuhan, Hubei Province. Studied in the department of History of Wuhan University and Capital Normal University, doctor’s degree in History .From 1982 to 2001, worked in the National Bureau of cultural relics, ancient literature research laboratory (renamed for the Chinese Cultural Heritage Research Institute), from 2001 until today , transferred to the Chinese Academy of Social Sciences in Chinese frontier history research center (renamed for Institute of Chinese Borderland Studies. CASS), professor and PhD student advisor of the Graduate School of the Chinese Academy of Social Sciences. As the director of the first academic board and the Xinjiang research office, also a part-time professor in the department of history of Capital Normal University, an academy member of the oasis social research base of Shihezi University, the standing deputy editor of “the survey series of China frontier’s typical grass-roots villages”. The academic specialties are History of China's frontier, history and current situation of Xinjiang in China, Turfan and Dunhuang study. Hosted several research projects including Chinese Academy of Social Science Key Projects , Chinese Academy of Social Science Foundation,General Office of the Communist Party ,China and Frontier Research Institute. Published and edited many learning and academic work, including hundreds papers and translations,7 books, servers reports, most of these achievements won prizes of the national, provincial and ministerial levels. Enjoyed a special allowance awarded by the State Council, in 2008
